Although we are wired for anxiety to keep us safe, living
with excessive, pervasive and disproportionate anxiety can deplete one’s quality of life. I provide a calm, safe, empathetic and non judgmental environment to explore concerns and use a strengths based approach to problem solving. I use a wide range of techniques from Cognitive Behavioural, Solution Focused, Acceptance and Commitment, and Person Centred therapies as well as Mindfulness and Expressive therapies to address
