Learning safe, productive ways to regulate heightened emotions can have a positive effect on your view of the world and your relationships.  I provide a calm, safe, empathetic and non judgmental environment to explore concerns and use a strengths based approach to problem solving. I use a wide range of techniques from Cognitive Behavioural, Solution Focused, Acceptance and Commitment, and Person Centred therapies as well as Mindfulness and Expressive therapies to address common concerns such as:

  • Appropriate and safe management of anger

  • Emotion regulation skills

  • Stress management
