Having someone to journey alongside you as you navigate the loss of a loved one or other kinds of losses in life and assisting to you to restore, create continuing bonds and make meaning can be very helpful. I provide a calm, safe, empathetic and non judgmental environment to explore concerns and use a strengths based approach to problem solving. I use a wide range of techniques from Cognitive Behavioural, Solution Focused, Acceptance and Commitment, and Person Centred therapies as well as Mindfulness and Expressive therapies to address common concerns such as:
