Moving from basing how we feel about ourselves on outside messages/influences to basing our self esteem on a balanced, internal frame of reference can be life changing. I provide a calm, safe, empathetic and non judgmental environment to explore concerns and use a strengths based approach to problem solving. I use a wide range of techniques from Cognitive Behavioural, Solution Focused, Acceptance and Commitment, and Person Centred therapies as well as Mindfulness and Expressive therapies to address common concerns such as:
